Velkommen!
Norway chess and Stavanger Sjakklubb welcomes players to Norway Chess Weekend. The tournament will be held in Clarion Hotel Energy May 31st to June 2nd.
Group A is open for everyone and Group B is open for players with less than 1880 in rating. Both groups will see a 5 rounds Swiss tournament
Time limits in Norway Chess Weekend are 90 minutes for the game with a 30 seconds increment from move 1.
A player still not present in the playing venue after 60 minutes will forfeit the game (unless the arbiters due to extraordinary and known circumstances decides otherwise). A number of games will be transmitted live with a 15 minutes delay.

Prices: Group A 400-250-150 Euro. Group B 150-100-50 Euro.
Start fee: 40 Euro for juniors (born 2004 or later) and 60 Euro for others. Includes entrance to the super tournament
Friday May 31st Registration: 1500-1700 Round 1: 1800
Saturday June 1st: Round 2: 0900 Round 3: 1400
Sunday June 2nd: Round 4: 0900 Round 5: 1330 (earliest)
